We were first able to have a meeting to discuss what we were looking for in our first home and were able to adjust this as our home search continued. Nicole showed us multiple homes that we were interested in. We were able to see several homes that had just came on the market which helped us get ahead in the process. We did find a home that we liked through Nicole and were able to put an offer on the home the next day! Nicole is extremely knowledgeable in the Charlotte and surround area housing market and has the experience to know what to ask for and what to expect.
